yoga

Yoga is an ancient Hindu discipline encompassing both physical and spiritual practices. Since its introduction to Western culture, it has become an essential staple in the Health and Wellness industry – and for good reason. It’s gentle, fluid asanas – or poses – make it a suitable exercise, no matter what your level of experience.

When practiced consistently, it becomes the perfect counterpart to massage – strengthening muscles while enhancing their pliability, increasing overall flexibility, releasing stored tension, and easing restriction of the fascia. What’s more – a gentle yoga exercise during pregnancy can help to combat some of the more unsavory symptoms, like sciatica or lower back pain!

Book your private session before or after any massage for the optimal self-care experience.

Kayle's private yoga sessions typically blend Hatha, Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga to cater specifically to the needs of each client. Working at a pace appropriate to each person, she works to address postural concerns, injuries and/or weaknesses, to promote a balance of strength and flexibility in the body, to increase stamina, and to reduce stress.

She also works with prenatal clients to address issues specific to pregnancy such as ligament laxity, back and hip pain. Her goal for prenatal client is always to safely find a balance of strength and flexibility which can enable a healthy and more comfortable pregnancy.

Kayle is a graduate of Sonic Yoga's 200 hr teacher training.  She has been teaching yoga for over 8 years and practicing for nearly 20 years.
